CNES, ESA, AIRBUS DEFENCE&SPACE, THALES ALENIA SPACE, SODERN and ISAE SUPAERO are pleased to invite you to a workshop focused on photon counting, low flux and high dynamic range optoelectronic detectors, which will be held in Toulouse on November the 17th 2016 within the framework of the Optics & Optoelectronics Technical Expertise Centers (CCT).
Next generation optical space missions are nearly all requiring for more sensitivity and dynamics. These applications are more and more demanding in term of resolution, for Earth remote sensing and Universe exploration, while high flux radiometric requirements stay the same. Therefore, sensitivity for low light level and high dynamic range of optoelectronic detectors need to be improved in order to reach the corresponding ambitious mission performances.
The aim of this Workshop is to focus on detectors exhibiting high performances for low light level, high dynamic range and/or photon counting applications, on all types of technologies. Although the workshop is mostly oriented to near UV/Visible/IR spectral ranges, this event is fully open to researchers/users working within other wavelength ranges. Developers working on non-space applications dealing with the same topics (astronomy, on-ground lidars, medical…) are equally welcome to participate to this Workshop.
This Workshop is coupled with “Radiation Effects on Optoelectronic Detectors” workshop which will be held the 16th of November and that need dedicated registration HERE .
Registration for the workshop focused on photon counting, low flux and high dynamic range optoelectronic detectors the 17th of November is on this page BELOW
For particpation to the two events, the two registrations are required
