The COMET-SCA and the GT MOSAR (Methods and Tools for robust control and analysis) from GDR MACS co-organize a workshop on Robust Control and Convex Optimization.

The objective of the workshop is to assess the theoretical and numerical issues of robust control and analysis methods. The upsides and limitations of these methods will be illustrated through application examples in space domain. This workshop is a great opportunity to meet the experts on robust control methods and to share your experience in this domain, or simply to discover or improve your knowledge on these methods.

We look forward to seeing you there !

Registration is open here : http://comet-sca-robustcontrol.evenium.net
The seminar takes place at Meeting (see here the address and the map).
By public transportation you may access the place taking the bus #37.

The agenda is available on the Evenium website and contains the following lectures :

  • Carsten Scherer (U. Stuttgart) - 12/3 - 11:00am
Tutorial presentation about IQCs for robust analysis
  • Andres Marcos (U. Bristol) - 12/3 - 12:00am
Advances in launcher guidance and control design: from robust control to convex optimization
  • Yohei Hosoe (U. Kyoto) - 12/3 - 2:15pm
Stability of discrete-time systems with stochastic dynamics
  • Christelle Pittet (CNES) - 12/3 - 3:00pm
Feedback about robust control and analysis activities at CNES
  • Victor Magron (LAAS-CNRS) - 12/3 - 5:15pm
Two-player games between polynomial optimizers and semidefinite solvers
  • Dimitri Peaucelle (LAAS-CNRS) - 13/3 - 9:30am
S-variables for the Positivity Check of Matrix Polynomials with Matrix Indeterminates
  • Anthony Bourdelle & Jean-Marc Biannic (ONERA) - 13/3 - 10:15am
From modeling to robust LPV-based observation of fuel slosh dynamics with application to small satellite attitude tracking control
